Hi....thought it about time i introduced myself..i have been trailing through this notice board for two days for hours on end...i identify with so much of whats been written and has opened up a whole new world to me...im not alone anymore just so hopeful..i can change.
My good friend suggested i take a look here am so glad i have..im in recovery an have began to realise that something was missing...something just wasnt right...with me...now im looking forward to the beginning of yet another journey of self discovery.
hi Tina! glad you are here. isn't it amazing how we can find new and great things to help us be better people? usually other people help us find what we need, if we just talk about it.
This is a wonderful group. I'm a bit of a slow learner with all of this. Reading the others messages have opened my eyes to a lot of things. It is amazing.
