CoDA Retreat ~ Formby/Freshfield, Northwest U.K.

Friday 29th ~ Sunday 31st July 2011

“To a loving Higher Power,

To each member of the Fellowship of

Co-Dependents Anonymous and

To the codependent who still suffers.”

Welcome to St Joseph’s Prayer Cte, Formby, U.K.

A Great Place to Increase Your Conscious Contact with God

(Of Your Own Understanding)

Objective for This Weekend

(Foreword from the Blue Book of CoDA)

“We offer the Blue Book of Co-Dependents Anonymous, not only

as a practical guide, but as a symbol of our own collective journey.

It represents a cross section of our experiences, both joyous and painful, and it stands as a beacon to the codependent who still suffers.

There is hope for changed relationships with a Higher Power, ourselves, and others. We can move out of our current, perhaps lifelong pain and into

a new way of living.

We now invite all who suffer from codependence to read our book in the hope that each of you may find what many of us have found –

the hope and freedom of recovery.”

`Dear MIP, I present to you the Itinerary for Liverpool CoDA's up & coming retreat. It will be taking place in a beautiful prayer centre set back in the woodlands of Formby & Freshfield a walk away from the beach & in the solitude of grounds residing some of the local nuns with gardens around the centre & the privacy of participants each having their own rooms. Food is home-made & catered for all weekend allowing us space to enjoy our purpose for spiritual nourishment, reflection & relaxation.

`Cost for the whole weekend is £80 including refreshments & places can be secured with £20 deposit, the rest to pay on arrival. Please send me a private message if you are interested as I am provisionally setting the deadline for deposits as the end of May.

`I will be delighted if any of our International fellowship can make it but equally if you are visiting MIP from the U.K. & you'd like to come I will make you feel as welcome & as comfortable as possible throughout your stay! Thank you for being here, Danielle x
