So it's important to have fresh air to breath in a safe place like home. How is that possible with central heating and air? Well I was told to change the temperature on the thermostat by one degree for about an hour. That brings in outside air through your filter straight to you. Yes that means that you need a clean filter too. Supposedly we can do anything with clean air in our lungs. It does make me feel more invigorated. Sometimes I can't wake up without a change of air in the house. After meditating we might see the benefit of clean water too. I like the filters that screw on the tap. Then it gets a little more complicated with the foods that we choose. We don't want to ruin what we started with the fresh air and water. But what is healthy food. I tried a few suggestions and got very sick very quickly. Well we are supposed to develope an intuition here but there is the good old trial and error excluding poison. How does it feel to eat certain foods and what do the test results show? Now for clothes I think that natural fibers are best for warm climates but synthetic materials might be best in cold climates. The point is to maintain homeostasis or be comfortable. I also like to be stylish. You might expect me to type about green houses next but I'm more interested in green cars you can live in but will take you wherever you need to go. And finally the hidden gem that is more important than entertainment is health insurance. Just in case we don't get it right sometime we need to be prepared.
