Welcome Loie, You can post about what type of situation happen in your life that caused you to seek out information about codependency. Or you could just read other peoples post to see if any info there is useful to you.
Also, there are a number of books available on the issue of codependency that are helpful.

Just toss out your thoughts on whatever, and if someone has a similar situation they may be able to
Post how they handled a similar event in their life.

Peace

"Codependent No More" by Melody Beattie is a good one. The same writer has a daily thought for the day type book. I can't remember the name but if you read some of the other post on here by "willing" She post these type of reading from the book, a lot of times.

I went to CODA meetings in my area, when I found out about my codependency behaviors problems. There you can find other pamphlets that I found very helpful as well. "Peeling the onion" was one I can recall.

And of course there are the 12 steps that help to lead you along the way. Start with step one and then the next.
It's not a quick fix program, But you will become 1000 percent better if you stick with the basic idea's.
