smile I come from a small compact country. 5 million.

We have communities here, and networks and links between these communities.

Below is the testimony of a family member- a strong korero- a speaking time.

I would have followed a talk like that with a song- so, as a consequence, I will follow with a song here.

About a tree which is more like a bush- and about how all the small bushes should stick together...

He aha te waiata?

...what is your song?

aww Anger-fear- ...fleeing... all natural responses.

Attached to the phenomenon called the Stephen Karpman Drama Triangle.

Part of the ACA training and therapy, with the Laundry List Workbook is to transcend the triangle...

...triangle- strangle- dangle. Ulp!!!

It is probably no accident that other nationals have left the MIP Alanon Board. Only Americans left.

Americans are not "flavour of the month" at the moment. And not to judge all by the actions of a few.

aww I will always feel needy. But that becomes an asset, after a while. Live emotions.

Learning to be a care-giver, rather than a care-taker.

Making self-care a priority. smile ...

I am banned from the combined MIP Steps and Traditions Board. My face 2 face meeting is currently closed die to lock-down.

There were attacks on the moderator there- and she has quit.

A "dog in a manger" situation since the new Alanon mod. was never an active member.

No one seems to be keeping the group going.

After Betty passed I was happy to pass on the role of keeping the Alanon side going when Betty passed.

I have no plans to step up again now.

I just need somewhere I can share, to to keep up contact with members I built up rapport and trust with. hmmhmmhmmhmmhmm...
