aww Caution- song below could be triggering for some.

For me the theoretical pioneer was Dr, Judith Herman- "Trauma and Recovery."

And in my view the pioneer behind Dr. Judith was Dr Alice Miller.

I am one of those people- who encountered, not only chronic pain, but also a chronic sense of cold.

And I have always relied every which way to mobilise that.

I did work in ACA- with our yellow workbook and also the Laundry List workbook.

There is a solution to work towards here- and I headed for that.

Yesterday i did a general XA 12th Step.

Today i feel drained and tense. However I did sleep well last night.

[I am writing this though now...]

I expect over the next three or four days to get the benefits- in peace of mind.

I have decided not to pin up the talk, and the song!

Stephen Porges, Bessel Van Der Kolk, Peter Levine.

Now pretty aged practitioners and speakers.

Opening up a new exciting arena for hope- on the face of gross suffering

I have a therapist in her thirties who is on the cusp of this teaching. A physiotherapist, and breathing coach.

I have had a lot of relief and break-throughs...

...I still suffer some things, like a normal human being. aww

I felt tat the three would leaders, mentioned above, with all their training, all had something of themselves, and their own personal journey in their work.

An X factor.

And, of course that is all a lot of us have. biggrin ...

So healthy groups are important. Comparing notes, in a safe trusting space, is essential. aww ...
