Maranga mai, ehoa ma...

[Good morning my friends.]

Yesterday we had a birthday party for Molly, our bijon cross who was 14.

Adeline was feeding one of the chooks, and the chooks got out! She was gutted.

K. my old girlfriend came back from getting radiation treatment.

Not sure where that is going? But getting used to boundaries is helping me heaps.

I expect a miracle- after all these MIP boards were about a miracle.

Under a bridge in Dallas, Texas... with our late founder John F.

I had a bother in Dallas- struggling for life, since he was an illegal immigrant.

So I saw John as a brother too, me te poutama tekau ma rua- the twelve steps.

I can sit here- in the safety and comfort of my sitting room and speak te reo rangatira, my native language-

but know that some meetings in the USA throw Indians and other no-hopers out of their meetings blankstare .

Mais, c'est la vie.

John himself was an Indian too. a Native American, really...

I plan to see K,. to see the old girlfriend in November. For the day.

She asked me if I wanted to sleep over at her place. Considered this one.

Her family is taking turns at taking her to treatment and bring her home. So- if that invitation meant that I was being asked to take a stint at this- then maybe I would consider it.

Ma te wa... all in it's own good time.

I have had healing from my 12 Step programmes. Much more than expected.

Our higher power reappears in Step 12- but was always there, of course. smile ...

So nau mai, haere mai from good old Aotearoa-NZ. smile ...
