Wonderful post, thank you.  It is amazing to develop a loving, accepting, inspiring relationship with yourself.  For me, it has been a slow process but forward moving and the progress has been beautiful. 

Doing all the things suggested in your post are so wonderful and it doesn't have to be a major overhaul overnight!  With the right people and encouragement, anything is possible.  Some time ago one of my friends said "Willing, you can cook ... I love your food.  Quit convincing yourself you can't cook.  You can do this, I will help."  So I began to try and really enjoyed having people over to try the food!  Another friend said "Start shopping from the perimeter of the store and avoid the center isles as much as possible."  For some reason that clicked even though I know that eating good home cooked meals are better than packaged ... the way this was put worked for me.

And each move towards changes seems to inspire others.  Now I am getting ready to build a raised bed garden and an herb garden with heirloom seeds.  I have found a local natural food coop I am going to join that supports local farms.  This small effort to eat a little better and improve my skills has inspired wonderful things.

I have also taken up the guitar ... starting slow ... like everything else, but I am enjoying it.  I am choosing more and more places to be of service.  Life just doesn't get better than right here, right now ... this moment.

Doing things for myself.  Being open to others.  Celebrating life from my inner being outwards towards others.  It seems to attract a whole different set of people into my life and I never knew it could be this good.

All because I decided to start loving myself.
