Only memories remain. No matter what my past contains, it's gone. I can't change the past, what I did, or what happened to me. My past is part of me - I can learn from it & focus on the present. Each day is a new chapter. It's up to me to fill it. With my Higher Power's guidance, I choose to let go of the pain & hurt of the past. I embrace my future, trusting it to the care of God.
