I can badger, persuade, manipulate, cajole, shame, control, withhold, resent, or bully others. There is no true power in this. Recognising my life is unmanageable & experiencing chaos are clues I'm trying to seek power. What insanity to pursue this. Step1 is both the hope & the beginning of my spiritual solution.
