Hi everyone I have been away on training in London. I arrived there last Sunday afternoon and had checked on the internet to see if there was anycoda meetings I could attend. I attended a meeting on the Sunday evening in Camden. It was great there was a lot of recovery in the room. I was made to feel very welcome. It was great a lot better than sitting in a hotel roo all evening on my own. I had the confidence to go to a meeting in a strange city it felt good that i took the initiative to find my way around. A hp rewarded me it was a fantastic meeting on step three I gained so much from the people in the room. Just thought I would share this experience the Coda family is everywhere and whe I travel I will try new meetings we are all one big family.
Thank you for sharing this, Tracy. It is truly wonderful to know & I'm glad you got to experience it. I look forward to my chance of visiting some out of town meetings. I have no plans to go away at the moment so I'm grateful for our fellowship here in Liverpool. We have so many newcomers that keep coming coming back in curiosity & it's good to be there for them when they arrive. We are nurturing a strong fellowship here at the moment, especially with our current weekly co-sponsors step study & upcoming retreat to study our Blue Book in July. It is amazing to feel the bond growing amongst us. I'm so grateful for God, this program & our fellowship. Recovery Love to You, Sister! lilmzx
